Jamie is a second-year Physics undergraduate at Imperial College London. He is currently studying for an MSci and achieved a strong first-class in year one of his degree. He has a passion for helping others, which extends back to helping classmates with revision for their GCSE exams when he was sitting them himself.
Jamie first began tutoring whilst in Singapore; teaching GCSE Maths and Physics. The student has recently got in contact to inform Jamie that he has topped his class in Maths and is progressing well.
In his A-levels, Jamie achieved five A*s in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry, Physics and an Extended Project. This made him top of his year of 1300 students, and he thus received the Principals Award.
One of Jamie’s other interests is playing the guitar. He has played for eight years and currently plays acoustic fingerstyle guitar inspired by the works of Sungha Jung.
